Join us for the AAML Pennsylvania 2026 Summer Meeting, held in conjunction with the PBA 2026 Family Law Section Summer Meeting, at the InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile.

This gathering brings together family law attorneys from across the Commonwealth for connection, collaboration, and professional development alongside colleagues from the broader PBA Family Law Section community.

Chapter Sponsors are invited to participate in the Welcome Cocktail Reception and the Thursday morning breakfast, providing meaningful opportunities to connect with Fellows in a relaxed, collegial setting.

Following our meeting, the PBA registration and programming will begin. AAML Pennsylvania will open their program withAll That Jazz: Navigating Alimony Norms Among the Counties, a 1.5 Substantive CLE-credit program.

Session description:

Alimony calculations can vary widely in the absence of statewide guidelines. This panel features hearing officers and practitioners from across Pennsylvania who will compare how courts in different counties address alimony claims, including considerations of duration and amount, the use of alimony formulas, and buyout options. The panel will also provide practical insight into how to best prepare your alimony case with the assistance of a financial expert.
