The day starts off with breakfast and a Meet and Greet with the AAML Pennsylvania 2025 Sponsors, followed by our business meeting. The meeting portion will be Fellows only, where we will cover Chapter business, reflect on the past year, celebrate incoming leadership and discuss key objectives to continue to advance the Chapter.

PBA Registration begins at 1:00 PM, kicking off an academy-produced CLE at 1:30 PM: Are the Custody Factors on the Road to Extinction? How to Question and/or Defend the Unwritten Presumption of 50-50 Custody in Pennsylvania This 90-minute program will provide guidance on presenting your case in a way that challenges the often reflexive, unwritten presumptions regarding 50/50 legal and physical custody and moves the decision-maker to consider alternate schedules of primary/partial custody when applying the 16 factors. We look forward to an interactive and informative presentation.
