Complex settlements often look great on paper but leave clients “asset rich and cash poor” during the transition to a stable, new reality.  This Lunch and Learn program will provide family lawyers with a framework to identify liquidity gaps to reduce the risk of cash flow shortfalls for their clients.  We will discuss scenarios to unlock liquidity while minimizing the impact of forced asset sales to create a financial bridge to the next chapter of their lives.
