  Private investigators play a pivotal role in uncovering facts that can determine the course of family law disputes. From surveillance and cohabitation inquiries to child custody, infidelity, and asset searches, investigators provide attorneys with information that can be critical when building a case. 

  This program will explore how investigative tools—such as background profiling, digital searches, covert surveillance, and asset tracing—can be leveraged effectively while ensuring the results are admissible in court. The session will also address ethical considerations, evidentiary standards, and the practical challenges of working with investigators in high-stakes or high-profile cases.

  • Tony DeLorenzo Sr. (Senior Advisor, All State Investigations) – Over 50 years pioneering the private investigation industry.

  • Anthony DeLorenzo Jr. (Vice President, All State Investigations) – Over 16 years of experience in mobile surveillance.

  • Moderator: Maris Weiner, Esq. – Experienced family law attorney bringing practitioner insights into the use of investigators in custody and matrimonial cases.
